1. Use the Lightning port to charge an iPhone and the USB-C port to recharge the power bank. Please note that simultaneous charging and recharging are not supported.
2. Not compatible with phone cases thicker than 0.19 in (4.9 mm), such as OtterBox defender cases.
3. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend holding your phone while charging as the Lightning port is foldable.
4. To ensure optimal charging, we recommend using the product within a temperature range of 32-95°F (0-35°C).
